The Factories
January - February
The 222's Fastpitch Factories were created to provide athletes with a training program that focuses on all aspects of a single position. The Pitching Factory, Catching Factory and Hitting Factory programs will be offered in Saskatoon and Edmonton.
*Regina - watch for more details on the Pitching/Catching/Hitting Series coming soon
This year, the factories will be a FIVE session program where athletes work on the physical and mental skills needed to play and think their position to the highest level they can. Teaching our athletes to think the game for themselves, instills a level of confidence that allows them to build some mental toughness to face adversity, on and off the field, with confidence.

Athletes will be given a 2's t-shirt to wear for each training session.
