Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Winter Travel Teams
If withdrawing 15+ days prior to the event, you may receive a refund minus a 20% processing fee, or a 100% credit to your 2's account to be used within the next calendar year. If withdrawing within 14 days of the event, no refund or credit will be issued.
Development Program

If withdrawing 15+ days prior to the event, you may receive a refund minus a 20% processing fee, or a 100% credit to your 2's account to be used within the next calendar year. If withdrawing within 14 days of the event, no refund or credit will be issued.
Winter Training Sessions

Frosty Fundamentals
If withdrawing 15+ days prior to the event, you may receive a refund minus a 20% processing fee, or a 100% credit to your 2's account to be used within the next calendar year. If withdrawing within 14 days of the event, no refund or credit will be issued.
Travel Team Player ID Camp
If withdrawing 15+ days prior to the event, you may receive a refund minus a 20% processing fee, or a 100% credit to your 2's account to be used within the next calendar year. If withdrawing within 14 days of the event, no refund or credit will be issued.
MEGA Camps
222's Fastpitch will charge a minimum 20% administrative fee for all refunds issued. -If cancellation takes place at least 15 days prior to the event, you may receive a refund for the total amount paid minus a processing fee of 20% of the total cost of the program; or a 100% credit to your 2's account to be used within the next calendar year. -If cancellation takes place within 14 days of the event, no refund or credit will be issued. -If an event is cancelled due to weather, please be aware that 20% of the registration fee will be kept to cover administrative costs.
2's Week
If withdrawing 15+ days prior to the event, you may receive a refund minus a 20% processing fee, or a 100% credit to your 2's account to be used within the next calendar year. If withdrawing within 14 days of the event, no refund or credit will be issued.

Drop-In Sessions
A minimum 20% administrative fee applies to all issued refunds. - Cancellations (15+ days notice): Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to an event are eligible for a refund (minus the 20% processing fee) or a 100% account credit valid for one calendar year. - Cancellations (Within 14 days): No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event. - Weather Cancellations: If an event is cancelled due to weather, 20% of the registration fee is retained to cover administrative costs.
